SshinyIndia Welfare Association is a registered non-profit organization, recognized by the Government of India. We are actively working in the fields of education, skill development, career guidance, entrepreneurship, and community development. Our organization holds several important certifications and accreditations that reflect our transparency, credibility, and commitment to social welfare.
Our Certificate and accreditation
We are a registered Section 8 Company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. Unlike other companies, a Section 8 Company applies its profits solely towards these objectives and prohibits the distribution of dividends to its members.
We are registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act. This recognizes us as a non-profit organization, ensuring that our income is solely utilized for charitable and social activities.
Our NGO is certified under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. This allows our donors to avail tax exemptions on their contributions, encouraging greater support for social causes.
We are registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. This makes us eligible to receive CSR funds and collaborate with corporates in implementing impactful social projects.
Our NGO is registered on the NGO Darpan portal of NITI Aayog. This provides us recognition and eligibility to work in partnership with various government ministries and schemes.
